4wd EG Conversion

Got some new pics for you all.

I just finished reassembling the rear suspension and dropping the car and the remaining parts off to the new fabrication shop. Cage is ordered and on the way. Will get some new pics for you all in about a week. Thanx for being patient everyone.

Here are some pics of the front suspension that has finally been completed and the 10 pt role cage that just showed up. Cage should be complete next weekend and the suspension will be installed by Thursday next week.

 

Completed rear suspension rebuilt and assembled with the street rod garage c4 corvette cradle kit, corvette z06 brake rotors calipers, hubs and bearings. Now that all the parts are on the way from design and construction its time to assemble.

 

Need some Airjockie style rear fender flares for that rear end. After seeing the parts and actual work being done I'm hopeful of seeing success in this thread.

 

Actually the shop is shortening the rear 2 inches on each side to bring the rear in alittle bit to get some clearance under the rear

 

Gotta make room for the 17x8.5's under there

Would you all paint the cage before the car is painted or wait till the chassis is ready then paint all at the same time?

Just finally got the front suspension back from Arruatmotorsports.com

 

Old cage removed and new cage was measured and assembled

That would actually work. The j seriss awd transfer case is the same gear ratio as the crv so the rear end cknfiguration I have designed fkr my eg will work for your combination aswell.

 

Got the front modified suspension and braking system installed on the car with the skunk 2 pro series camber kit. I have to say, Corvette looks good on Honda!
